- Participate in recruitment process such as designing and publishing job advertisements,
- selection of applications and coordination of interviews. - Support on with the move of local staff to other countries, following the group Global Mobility policies and procedures.
- Responsible for executing P&C employment lifecycle matters such as employment contracts management, absence management, issuing employment certificates and taking care of the employee data archives.
- Provide support to the employees on various employment life cycle matters.
- Responsible for payroll process coordination, including communication with the payroll providers.
- Provide support to implement and develop local programs, policies and procedures.
- Participate in local internal communication development and practice.
- 2-5 years generalist experience in Human Resources;
- Experience in Global Mobility: Inbound/Outbound.
- Experience working in an international environment is a benefit.
- Relevant Bachelors or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Organizational & Leadership, Psychology or similar
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, other area languages are a benefit
- Proactive personality who is willing to take ownership.
- Central location, near public transportation (3 min to metro Via Rápida-Viso);
- We also have free parking spot in the building (Edificio Porto Inova) and an E-car Charging station available;
- You can lunch with us, we have a very prepared "Kitchen". At the building, also exists a caffeteria that offers 3 different dishes with a very reasonable price;

- We have a remote friendly system. The current system is 3 days at the office, 2 days at home. And. . . we have Flexible Working Time Policy;
