YOUR TASKS
- Participate in the recruitment process, including designing and publishing job advertisements,
- selection of applications, and coordination of interviews. - Support the relocation of local staff to other countries, following the group’s Global Mobility policies and procedures.
- Manage employment lifecycle matters such as employment contracts, absence management, issuing employment certificates, and maintaining employee data archives.
- Provide support to employees on various employment lifecycle matters.
- Coordinate payroll processes, including communication with payroll providers.
- Support the implementation and development of local programs, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in developing and practicing internal communication within the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
- 2-5 years of generalist experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in Global Mobility: inbound and outbound.
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus.
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Organizational & Leadership, Psychology, or similar fields.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a benefit.
- A proactive personality willing to take ownership of tasks.
