Description
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure effective staffing and alignment of software development teams with project objectives and company culture.
- Monitor and manage resource allocation across multiple teams and projects, ensuring optimal team performance and cohesion.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and team leaders to facilitate timely delivery of project goals and maintain effective communication.
- Identify and address gaps in skills, competencies, or team dynamics, providing support or escalation when necessary.
- Facilitate communication and foster strong relationships between team members, stakeholders, and leadership to enhance collaboration and engagement.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on resource utilization, team alignment, and project progress for continuous improvement.
- Support HR processes related to recruitment and onboarding when needed to meet specific project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards within the scope of projects and team management.
Profile
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in resource management, staffing, or project alignment roles within technical or software development environments.
- Strong understanding of human resource practices, preferably within the Technology or Telecoms industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on building strong interpersonal relationships.
- Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
