Job Purpose
Reporting to the People & Systems Lead, the People & Systems Partner plays a pivotal role in creating a
- oriented,
- performance work environment through the seamless integration of strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence. This position combines deep HR technology expertise with process optimization leadership, driving digital transformation across the global HR function while ensuring scalable, efficient HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.
As a trusted partner to Local HR teams worldwide, you will serve as both an HR technology expert and strategic process leader, ensuring data integrity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across all HR operations. Working primarily with SAP Success
Factors and other modern HR solutions, you will drive adoption, optimize utilization, and enhance employee experiences through smart process design and proactive
- solving.
Responsibilities
- HR Technology Leadership & System Optimization
- Serve as the primary SAP Success
Factors subject matter expert, supporting the full suite (Employee Central, Time Tracking, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Onboarding & Recruiting, and Learning) across the global organization. - Drive comprehensive system adoption and utilization of all modules throughout the organization, ensuring maximum value realization.
- Provide operational responsibility for SAP Success
Factors in daily business operations, including processing system requests, error analysis, and
- solving in direct collaboration with the HR community. - Manage incidents and change requests efficiently, ensuring adequate service levels across all regions.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to optimize system utilization and support ongoing system enhancements.
- Process Excellence & Strategic Development
- Analyze and optimize existing HR business processes while conceptualizing
- state processes in the HCM area, including continuous digitalization and innovative development of comprehensive HR processes. - Co-design and continuously develop HR system landscapes in close collaboration with the global HR community.
- Execute process improvements aligned with HR Operations strategy to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process standardization, and workflow optimization within HR Operations.
- Support planning and implementation of new SAP Success
Factors modules and projects (time recording, LMS, contract management, digital personnel files). - Global HR Process Execution & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for Local HR teams, ensuring adherence to global HR processes and tools.
- Provide
- on support to Local HR teams in executing global HR initiatives and maintaining process consistency. - Proactively identify and address operational bottlenecks, ensuring smooth execution of Global HR Calendar activities.
- Lead independent management of comprehensive projects while proactively designing associated change processes.
- Data Governance & Compliance Excellence
- Ensure data integrity and compliance across all HR processes, acting as a data quality guardian.
- Maintain and expand data governance mechanisms, ensuring accuracy and reliability of HR information.
- Support Local HR teams in understanding and adhering to global data management standards.
- Ensure all HR-related systems comply with data protection laws specific to different global regions.
- Leverage insights from HR data to recommend scalable and
- effective solutions. - Training, Development & Change Management
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for Local HR teams on SAP Success
Factors and HR process best practices. - Provide onboarding and coaching support for junior colleagues, building fundamental understanding of system logic and dependencies.

- date process documentation. - Lead content support for
- supported processes, including project management, communication, training, and change management initiatives. - Actively contribute to HR
- building initiatives, ensuring continuous upskilling of HR teams worldwide. - Education, Experience, Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR process execution, with demonstrated expertise in SAP Success

- on experience with HR process optimization and HR technology adoption. - Experience in project management and change management within HR technology environments.
- Background in training delivery and knowledge management.
- HR Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of Success
Factors and other HCM technologies. - Experience with process automation tools and digital transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and compliance requirements across global regions.
- Data-Driven Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to drive strategic improvements and operational decisions.
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Proactive mindset focused on identifying inefficiencies and implementing creative solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Exceptional ability to partner with Local HR teams while maintaining global process consistency and understanding diverse business needs.
- Training & Knowledge Leadership: Proven experience in system training, process documentation, and capability building.
