People & Talent Specialist (Hiring, Development & Growth)

We are looking for a People & Talent specialist to join a
- growing organisation at a moment of scale and consolidation. This role sits at the intersection of hiring, capability building and people development, supporting leaders as teams grow in size, complexity and geographic footprint.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys balancing execution with strategic thinking, and who wants exposure to the full people lifecycle in a scaling environment.

What you will be responsible for

Hiring & Talent Planning

- Own
-
- end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, including technical and specialised profiles.

- Translate business needs into clear role definitions, success criteria and assessment approaches.

- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, supporting
- making through structured interviews and
- based evaluation.

People Development & Learning

- Identify capability gaps and translate them into practical learning solutions.

- Coordinate onboarding, upskilling and certification initiatives, working with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Support the creation of scalable learning paths for different populations (technical, operational, leadership).

Growth, Performance & Careers

- Contribute to the design and evolution of career frameworks and role progression models.

Employer Positioning

- Support initiatives that strengthen the organisation’s attractiveness in the market, including partnerships, events or targeted outreach.

What we are looking for

- Around 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or in a hybrid TA / People Development role.

- Proven exposure to full recruitment cycles, particularly for specialised or
-
- hire profiles.

- Familiarity with ATS platforms and learning or HR systems.

- Comfort working in environments where processes are still being built and refined.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders.

- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
