ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:

To support our European growth, the Group has decided to establish a Center in Porto to provide administrative and financial support to European subsidiaries. We are looking for a People Analytics English speaker.

People analytics aims to measure and improve HR processes by supporting departments in managing their operational activities, covering recruitment, career management, training, compensation & benefits, personnel administration, and legal matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce operational dashboards:
• Weekly tracking of interviews, contract signings, hires, and terminations
• Edit sales and organizational charts
• Produce compensation graphs by role and career
• Monitor
  - contract compensation
• Track progress of reviews and managerial
  - up
• Analyze engineer satisfaction surveys
• Analyze reasons for departures and destinations
• Monitor salary trends
• Track times, trial periods, titles, deadlines, and missing documents

PROFILE:

• At least 3 years of experience in the field
• Good command of English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Basic knowledge of VBA
• Proficiency in SAP and ATS software
• Strong numerical and statistical skills
• Understanding of HR processes
• Attention to detail in data handling
• Ability to analyze and summarize data
• Discretion with sensitive data
• Organizational skills and adaptability
