The Role
As a People Business Partner in the People team, you will help develop and implement HR strategies that support company growth and culture. Your contributions will impact employee satisfaction, retention, and performance, fostering a positive work environment that enables the team to deliver outstanding service to customers. Reporting directly to the People Exec, you will collaborate with various departments to align people strategies with business goals.
What will you work on?
- Partnering with Senior Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business needs and provide People support and guidance.
- Managing employee relations issues and delivering effective solutions to improve workplace harmony.
- Leading performance management processes, including objective setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Facilitating training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Analyzing People metrics and delivering insights to improve practices and business outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of People practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
- paced environment. - Strong
- solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
