Mission

TEKEVER is at the forefront of Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS). Delivering advanced intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance solutions to customers worldwide. As our international footprint continues to grow, we are seeking a proactive and people‑centric People Business Partner (PBP) to serve as the primary point of contact for all HR‑related matters for our employees.

Responsibilities

• First‑Line HR Support: Act as the go‑to HR resource for employees and managers, providing timely and effective support on all HR‑related queries.
• Employee Relations: Guide and coach team leads and supervisors in handling performance, behavioural, and conflict‑related matters with a focus on resolution and fairness.
• Performance Management: Oversee probation reviews, coordinate performance check‑ins, and support managers in employee development and feedback cycles.
• Employee Experience & Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives that foster a positive work culture, increase engagement, and support retention.
• Workforce Planning: Partner with department heads to assess staffing needs and support strategic workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Onboarding & Integration: Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new hires feel welcomed and equipped for success.
• Culture & Recognition: Drive initiatives that promote company culture, including organizing team‑building activities and recognition programs.
• Policy & Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and align with business needs.
• Talent & Team Growth: Collaborate with managers to assess team competence, support capability building, and enable long‑term team development.

Qualifications

• Available to work in Caldas da Rainha – Full time – on site.
• +4 years proven experience in HR in a similar role.
• Experience supporting HR initiatives & HR processes.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, growing organisation an advantage.
• High proficiency in Microsoft and HR software.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Language requirements: Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
• Excellent communication skills.
