Your mission will be…

• Supporting the maintenance and evolution of the communication concept of the strategic learning portfolio, including communication architecture, key messages, channel definition, and stakeholder alignment.
• Developing and executing communication campaigns for the strategic learning portfolio
• Creating and distributing engaging communication measures across multiple channels (e. g. Newsletter, social media)
• Collecting and analyzing metrics on communication measures and channels to derive insights and implement improvement measures to boost communication effectiveness and efficiency
• Driving the development of parts of the strategic learning portfolio in alignment with strategic goals, internal and external experts
• Identifying and implementing Data- and AI-driven opportunities to improve awareness, accessibility, and effectiveness of the strategic learning portfolio
• Supporting to produce one or multiple podcast series for strategic communication

We are looking for someone with…

• A Master’s degree (in progress or completed) in communications, digital marketing, business administration, information systems, business psychology, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication and content creation skills, including audio, video, writing, editing, and excellent proficiency in digital media and related tools (e. g. Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Clipchamp, Canva, Common LLMs, Synthesia
  AI).
• Ability to translate abstract strategic messages into easily understandable chunks of information.
• Affinity to collect and analyze data to take
  - driven decisions to improve your work and its impact.
