About the role

• Our People Services team, composed of 30 people, is integrated into the Human Resources department. It focuses on providing operational support to employees in collaboration with HR representatives and stakeholders, as well as on data maintenance in collaboration with the HR community.
• As a People Experience and Data Management Trainee, you will work on solving technical problems regarding strategic HR processes, propose improvement ideas for these processes, and deliver solutions to HR requests to support employees, managers, and the HR team. You will contribute to high service standards and positively impact daily employee queries with a mindset focused on simplification.
• You will be accountable for:

1. Improving HR processes and people experience through effective use of HR tools.
2. Updating databases with information provided by internal customers.
3. Following up, collaborating, and communicating with HR peers and stakeholders to ensure employee satisfaction.
4. Supporting data entry for HR processes such as position management, hires, rate changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, and data corrections in our Success
   Factors Employee Central HCM system.
5. Supporting the creation of work process documentation.

We offer a 12-month internship contract with a hybrid working mode.

About you

• Relevant education in Human Resources, Data Management, or equivalent.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
• Ability to work with digital tools.

• Attractive, equitable pay: Portugal's base salary range for this role is €940 to €1040 per month, depending on academic background.
