? Your Mission
Empower Smooth Transitions & Build Exceptional Employee Journeys. As our
- to People Experience Partner, you’ll be the face of our employee lifecycle—from the moment someone accepts their offer to the day they say goodbye. You’ll be at the heart of onboarding, relocation, daily support, and cultural engagement—making sure our people feel welcomed, supported, and inspired no matter where they are in the world. The role is based in Spain, Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver an unforgettable onboarding and offboarding experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Own the process and ensure all local compliance, documentation, and
- specific registrations are in place. - Ensure employees are integrated into the right communities—from coworking spaces to team chat channels.
- Support team members with all things relocation, guiding them through every step of moving and settling in.
- Act as liaison between employees and relocation agencies, ensuring a smooth and stress‑free process.
- Monitor relocation budgets and update the relocation tracker accurately and timely.
- Provide employee documentation support: salary certificates, proof of employment, and any employment letters.
- Keep hubs welcoming, functional, and comfortable—a place where people want to show up and do their best work.
- Organize hub team events, source venues and vendors, and help create unforgettable experiences.
- Troubleshoot logistics and be the first to jump in when something unexpected pops up.
- Act as Culture Ambassador, helping to bring our company values to life wherever you are.
What You Bring to the Table
- A few years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast‑paced, global setting.
- Hands‑on experience with employee relocation and global employment support.
- Outstanding organizational skills—you’re the one who never drops the ball.
- Empathy, approachability, and confidence—you’re comfortable advising people and building trust.
- A high level of discretion and a deep respect for handling sensitive matters with care.
