• Active participation in the analysis of internal processes and the continuous improvement of HR management practices.
• Support in managing timesheets, overtime and absences, organizing vacations and other absences.
• Preparing and managing administrative reports relating to employees and their performance.
• Support in the feedback process, both for managers and employees.
• Participating in Human Resources teams to implement new policies or processes relating to employee
  - being and development.
• Collaboration in drawing up action plans to resolve

  - day issues relating to people within the organization.

• Have curiosity, initiative and a sense of organization
• Have a degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management or similar areas.
• Have good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Be eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship.
