The Role
As Luca's People Manager, you'll own the

- end journey of our people. From onboarding to recognition, from feedback to growth, you'll ensure that every touchpoint reflects our values of trust, care, and impact.
This role blends strategy and empathy: designing programs that strengthen loyalty and culture, while supporting managers and teams in their

- day. You'll also work in close collaboration with the CEO and leadership team, helping to shape the way Luca scales its culture and people experience.
Your Mission
Onboarding & Integration – Create memorable first experiences that make new hires feel welcomed and connected.
Manager Support & Coaching – Partner with managers, giving them tools and confidence to lead effectively and empathetically.
Engagement & Well-Being – Launch initiatives that foster belonging, recognition, and wellness — ensuring loyalty is visible and celebrated.
Feedback & Listening – Build channels so every team member has a voice, and turn insights into action.
People Operations with Heart – Oversee contracts, payroll, and compliance through external partners, ensuring smooth,
- first processes.
Culture & Community – Be the guardian of our cultural fabric, reinforcing trust and making Luca a place people want to stay and grow.
Who You Are
Based in Portugal and willing to relocate to Mexico — or already in Mexico/Lat
Am
Portuguese nationality, with excellent Spanish fluency (written and spoken)
3–6 years of experience in People Ops, HR, Talent, or Culture roles (ideally in startups/scale-ups)
Empathetic, approachable, and structured, with a track record of building strong relationships
Passionate about creating a workplace where people
