Role Summary
As People Operations Manager, you'll shape Blood
Flow's culture and employee experience as we scale from startup to
- up. You'll lead talent acquisition, build HR processes, and ensure we maintain our
- driven culture while growing rapidly.
This is a foundational HR role perfect for someone who loves building
- first cultures and has experience scaling startups.
Responsibilities
- Lead

- end recruitment for technical and
- technical roles - Source candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Build and maintain our employer brand across various platforms
? Employee Experience & Culture
- Design and implement onboarding processes for new team members
- Develop employee engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms
- Manage performance review processes and career development programs
- Foster a diverse, inclusive, and
- performance culture
? HR Operations & Compliance
- Build scalable HR processes and policies as we grow
- Ensure compliance with Portuguese and EU employment law
- Manage compensation and benefits programs
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in HR/People Operations, preferably at startups or
- ups - Strong experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting
- Knowledge of Portuguese employment law and EU regulations
- Experience building HR processes and policies from scratch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Experience recruiting for AI/ML or technical roles
- Background in healthcare or regulated industries
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices
- Experience scaling teams from 10-50+ employees
