What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the friendly first point of contact for employees and managers on all things HR.
• Help new joiners feel at home — from their first offer letter to their first day.
• Keep our HR systems running smoothly and ensure data accuracy.
• Support teams across the globe with onboarding, mobility, and daily HR processes.
• Create letters, reports, and documents that make people’s lives easier.
• Participate in HR projects and help us improve how we work every day.

What You Bring

• A degree in HR, Management, or related area (or experience that demonstrates your skills).
• Excellent communication skills in English – clear, confident and people enjoy talking to you.
• Detail‑oriented with a knack for bringing structure to chaos.
• Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Adaptable, solution‑oriented, and proactive.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Bonus if you have worked with Workday, Service
  Now, or other HR platforms.
