Overview

People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) at Flix. Based in Lisbon. You will deliver comprehensive HR operations support to employees in Portugal and the UK, report to the Team Lead People Western Europe, and work with a lean,
- paced, international team to ensure operational excellence, optimize processes, and support our people as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employees, people partners, authorities and insurances for questions concerning e. G. pension scheme, company benefits, and contract management
• Actively participate in the preparatory payroll process and collaborate with our payroll partner;
  
  
  
  support employeeswith your expertise
• Manage all HR processes from entry to exit for a support area (e. G. , contract management, onboarding questions, preparation of references);
  
  
  
  drive optimization and automation of these processes
• Keep track of HR master data in Workday and in HR files, ensuring availability, timeliness, and quality
• Partner with leaders and employees to roll out key people processes (performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs, etc. )
• Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to
  -
  - day management of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance (partner with legal department as needed)

About You / Qualifications

• Ideally at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international,
  - growth organization
• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Pedagogics, or related fields
• Solid knowledge of Portuguese labour law;
  
  
  
  UK labour law is a plus

• Fluent in Portuguese and English;
