? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• 10+ years of experience working with People
  Soft AP, AM, GL modules, with demonstrated experience in both functional and technical roles.
• Proficiency in DB2 SQL, People
  Code, People
  Tools, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker and BI Publisher for customizing People
  Soft applications.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Strong understanding of core financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Asset Management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, business users, and leadership.
• Proven analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a track record of resolving complex system issues promptly.

? GOOD TO HAVE:

• System Configuration including setup, configuration, and customizations to meet business requirements.
• Familiarity with integrating People
  Soft FCSM modules with other enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, and other integration methods.
• Familiarity with Service Now.
• Relevant certifications in People
  Soft Financials, or ITIL.

? HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to gather business requirements, design solutions, and develop functional specifications that align with best practices and organizational standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for People
  Soft FCSM modules, addressing both functional and technical aspects of system configuration and ensuring efficient problem resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements, and enhancements to optimize People
  Soft FCSM functionalities.
• Create and deliver
  - user training, process documentation, and technical guides to support effective use and understanding of FCSM modules.
• Ensure solutions adhere to organizational policies, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
