Performance & Operations Manager - French Speaker Lisboa

Overview

Performance & Operations Manager - French Speaker role at WTW. The role supports the Broking Operations Leader by overseeing and managing projects that enhance workflow efficiency, automation, financial management, and other initiative delivery.

What you’ll do

• Project Planning and Management: Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to workflow optimization, automation savings and special initiatives. Develop project plans, including defining scope, milestones, and timelines. Coordinate with
  - functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Workflow: Maintain a global view of resource occupancy/allocation; facilitate regular sessions to agree on best resource allocation with service leaders; provide the Broking Leader with an overview of workflows and take action to ensure services deliver work as agreed in budget; monitor resource allocation to meet workload demands; identify future resource needs and support recruitment actions; develop and monitor metrics for all services.
• Financial Management Support: Send monthly reports to stakeholders and clarify any questions; support on the LSC Budget and monthly monitoring of costs and revenues.
• Automation Initiatives: Monitor the effectiveness of automation solutions and adjust as necessary.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, with a minimum level of C1; C2 level expected
• Proven experience in operations management
• Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor, and report on KPIs
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and derive insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach and ability to work with diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
  Point, Outlook) and understanding of database management principles
