Responsabilidades

1. Oversee and improve daily transport performance;
2. Monitor and challenge carrier performance, offering alternative solutions;
3. Track and analyse recurring deviations;
4. Provide detailed performance reports to carrier and procurement stakeholders;
5. Proactively communicate with customers and serve as
   - level escalation support;
6. Manage technical quotations and clarify customer specifications;
7. Liaise with carriers, analyse their responses, and prepare customer quotations;
8. Support operations with clear implementation instructions;
9. Collaborate with freight audit teams to identify and analyse cost gaps;
10. Recommend rate card adjustments when necessary;
11. Lead resolution of complex operational issues requiring technical input;
12. Identify and report performance gaps, contributing to SOP updates and team alignment;
13. Manage claims and complaints resolution;
14. Participate in regulatory monitoring relevant to transport operations;
15. Act as a bridge between operations, customers, and internal support teams;
16. Attend carrier and customer performance reviews (weekly/monthly).

Requisitos

• Degree in Transport and Logistics or a related field (preferred);
• Experience in customs management;
• Solid background in transport and logistics, with 5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding (air cargo);
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Fluent in English (French is a plus);
• Strong knowledge of international air transport processes and regulations;
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing mindset;
• Customer-oriented,
  - organised, and comfortable managing priorities;
• Effective communicator with the ability to operate independently across remote teams;
• Willingness to travel.
