Performance Marketer (Meta) Lisboa

We’re looking for a
- driven marketer to scale Huzzle to 10M ARR. You’ll work
-
- side with our Growth Lead and Designer, test new verticals fast, and scale our Meta Ads accounts to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Meta Ads as our primary growth channel
• Rapidly test creatives, audiences, and verticals — double down on what works
• Manage and scale accounts to
  - XXk monthly spend while hitting CAC/ROAS targets
• Collaborate with Growth Lead and Designer to launch
  - performing campaigns
• Explore and validate other channels (Linked
  In, Google) as secondary growth levers

Requirements

Must-haves

• 3+ years in performance marketing with proven Meta Ads expertise
• Experience scaling paid media accounts to
  - XXk monthly spend
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
• Growth mindset: test fast, learn fast, iterate faster

Bonus points

• Hands-on experience with Linked
  In or Google Ads
• Startup or scaleup growth experience
• Strong creative eye or design skills
