We're hiring a Performance Marketing & CRM Manager!

Zerra is on a mission to make global relocation easy, smart, and free. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven marketer who loves the thrill of testing, optimizing, and turning numbers into meaningful growth. This is not a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll be the engine behind our paid acquisition, CRM magic, and marketing tech stack, driving quality leads and making sure every click, ad, and automation works harder than the last.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Remote setup, once a week office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other channels, always keeping CPL in check.
• Optimize conversion funnels by experimenting with landing pages, A/B tests, and smart user journeys that turn leads into happy clients.
• Own the marketing tech stack, from CRM (Hub
  Spot, Mailer
  Lite, Pipedrive) to automation tools and analytics platforms like GA4 and Hotjar, to landing page creation tools like Unbounce.
• Partner with Sales to keep the close pipeline healthy, share insights on lead quality, and ensure MQLs, SQLs and SALs get the attention they deserve.
• Dig deep into data, ensuring clean tracking, sharp reporting, and insights that fuel rapid experimentation.
• Spot new opportunities for growth, whether it’s a fresh acquisition channel or a bold new idea worth testing.
