ROLE

• Campaign Support & Execution: Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, Tik
  Tok Ads, etc.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc. ) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure
  - driven decisions.
• Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and help refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency.
• Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred)
• Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required)
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Portuguese and Independent in English
• Real
  - player - Autonomous, proactive and responsible
• Good organizational skills
