To support the growth of our business, we're looking for a Lisbon-based CRM & Lifecycle Associate to execute and optimise our customer journeys, manage campaign builds, and keep our performance marketing operations running smoothly.
Your Mission
As Growth Marketing Manager, your mission is to own and scale Batmaid's growth engine across paid acquisition, lifecycle performance, SEO, and experimentation. You will drive customer acquisition and retention performance across all key channels, build a
- performing growth stack with the Tech and Data teams, and mentor a growing team of marketers. You are the architect and owner of measurable,
- driven growth.
Your Responsibilities
Paid Media Performance
- Define and manage the paid acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, Tik
Tok, Linked
In, and other platforms. - Set and monitor acquisition targets, budgets, and ROAS/CAC/LTV goals. Brief and collaborate with SEA agency to ensure channel mix optimization
- Oversee campaign structure, creative testing, and pacing
- Collaborate with the CRM & Lifecycle Manager on segmentation logic, flows, and performance targets to increase customer lifetime value
- Ensure tracking integrity and cohort analytics are embedded into lifecycle flows
- Maintain a structured testing roadmap across acquisition and retention (A/B tests, landing page experiments, messaging, creative variants)
- Partner with Data and Tech to validate incrementality, attribution, and test impact
- Develop CRO initiatives to improve conversion across our website and digital ecosystem
- Define keyword strategy and organic acquisition roadmap
- Work with Product, Content, and Tech to implement tags, metadata, and
- page optimizations - Coordinate with content producers to scale SEO-informed blog and landing content
- Maintain list hygiene and enforce data structure best practices (event tracking, segmentation,
- ins) - Coordinate with Tech and Data teams to ensure CRM flows are correctly triggered and tracked
- Ensure consistent use of UTMs, naming conventions, and performance dashboards
- Build and maintain strategic dashboards for executive reporting
- Collaborate with the Data team to improve attribution models (GTM, UTMs, data pipelines)
- Identify and act on growth opportunities based on funnel and performance insights
- Mentor and guide a CRM & Lifecycle Manager and junior marketing team members
- Ensure close alignment with Product, Tech, Content, and Operations teams
- Share campaign insights, market learnings, and performance updates across the company
- 5+ years in performance/growth marketing with at least 2 years managing €1M+ budgets
- Proven track record in hitting CAC/LTV goals across paid and lifecycle channels
- Strong experience with attribution, A/B testing, cohort analysis, and CRO
- Hands-on with marketing platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads, Tik
Tok Ads, Bloomreach or similar) - Fluent in building dashboards and working with SQL or Big
Query a strong plus - Comfortable presenting strategies to C-level and collaborating
