Performance Marketing Manager

To support the growth of our business, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based Performance Marketing Manager to own our paid media engine and lifecycle strategy, working

- hand with our Tech team to ensure seamless execution and data integrity. This key role is reporting directly to the CEO and has direct ownership of acquisition and retention performance.
Your Mission
Own our
- media growth engine and the core Bloomreach lifecycle flows. You’ll set budgets, hit CAC/LTV targets, and make sure every data pipe and journey step is
- solid.
Your Responsibilities
- Paid acquisition – Set budgets and targets, brief the SEA agency, optimize channel mix (Google, Meta, Tik
Tok, Linked
In) to hit CAC / ROAS / LTV goals. - Lifecycle strategy – Design logic and KPIs for core Bloomreach automations; run a quarterly data/segment QA with Tech.
- SEO strategy – Define keyword roadmap and liaise with Product on tags, UTMs and
- page requirements. - Experimentation & attribution – Own the A/B test pipeline, partner with Data to keep dashboards and incrementality models accurate.
- Coaching & alignment – Give the associate weekly priorities and performance feedback; share channel insights with the Content team.
- 5+ years
- on performance marketing; 2+ years owning ≥ €1 m annual budget. - Proven experience with a
- automation platform (Bloomreach, Braze, Klaviyo, etc. ). - Strong grasp of cohort LTV, ROAS modelling and incrementality testing.
- Working SQL or Big
Query skills; expert in GA4 and
- platform dashboards. - Comfortable mentoring a junior and presenting growth plans in English (French and/or Portuguese is a plus).
