Performance Marketing
Porto
Porto, Porto District, Portugal

About us

We're a small, growing performance agency working with D2C / ecommerce brands in Europe (mainly DACH + UK).

We help founders get more profitable customers through paid media and email/lifecycle, focusing on performance, clear numbers and honest communication.

This is a
- time, hybrid role based in Porto, Portugal.

Who this role is for (and not for)

Please only apply if:

  • You have at least 2 years of
    - on experience running paid ads (Meta / Google)
  • Ideally you've worked inside an agency managing multiple ecommerce accounts
  • You've personally managed 10k€/month or more in ad spend (not just seeing it from the side)
  • You are able to work
    - site in Porto several days per week (hybrid)

This is not a role for:

  • Juniors or interns
  • People who have only boosted posts or run very small budgets
  • Freelancers just looking to add "one more client" on the side

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for growing ecommerce accounts and leading client relationships – not just pushing buttons in Ads Manager.

1) Performance marketing (Ecom focus)

  • Own
    -
    - day performance for a small portfolio of D2C brands (mainly Meta & Google Ads).
  • Build and execute testing roadmaps (angles, creatives, audiences, landing pages).
  • Confidently scale budgets when results justify it (comfortable with 5–6 figure monthly ad spend across accounts).
  • Analyse performance (MER, CAC, AOV, LTV, CVR) and turn data into clear actions.
  • Work closely with our designer: write clear briefs for ad creatives and assets.

2) Client strategy & communication

  • Join weekly/bi-weekly calls with clients, present results and propose next steps.
  • Help plan offers, funnels and promo calendars together with the founder.
  • Coordinate with clients to get assets, feedback and approvals.
  • Communicate risks early (tracking issues, stock, offer fatigue) and bring options/solutions.

3) Email / lifecycle & analytics

  • Support with email flows and campaigns (Klaviyo or similar): planning + implementation or briefing.
  • Review email performance and suggest tests (subject lines, segmentation, cadence, content).
  • Help standardise reporting across accounts (dashboards, weekly/monthly templates).

4) Internal projects

You'll also help us improve how we work:

  • Turn what works into SOPs / checklists / playbooks.
  • Help prepare
    - facing decks (strategy, performance reviews, case studies).
  • Support with content ideas for Linked
    In, newsletter and You
    Tube
  • (e. G. which tests or results to share from client accounts).

You're a good fit if. . .

  • You have 2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing for ecommerce / D2C (ideally Shopify brands).
  • You're comfortable managing 10k–100k€/month in ad spend and know how to scale without destroying profitability.
  • You think in data and hypotheses
  • You can speak with clients as a trusted advisor, not just a technician.
  • Your English is very strong (written and spoken).
  • You like taking responsibility for outcomes, not just executing tasks.
  • You enjoy working in person part of the week to move faster on strategy, analysis and planning.

Bonus points

(Not mandatory, but a plus. )

  • Experience with Klaviyo or other ESPs.
  • Basic understanding of CRO / landing pages.
  • Interest in B2B / outbound / leadgen and willingness to grow into that side later.
  • Familiarity with DACH / UK markets.

What we offer

  • Full-time, hybrid role with real ownership over ecommerce accounts.
  • Direct collaboration with the founder and a small team (media + dev).
  • A say in how we build our processes, offers and client experience.
  • Extra vacation days and a high degree of freedom and flexibility compared to typical agency environments.
  • Clear opportunity to grow into a Lead / Head of Performance role as we add more clients and team members.
  • Competitive salary based on experience, plus a
    - based bonus structure once you're fully onboarded.

Location & work model

  • Based in Porto, Portugal
  • Hybrid: ideally 3 days/week in the office, 2 days remote
  • Strong remote candidates within Portugal/EU will be considered, but preference is for people who can be in the office regularly.

How to apply

Send me a message here on Linked
In or by email with:

  • Your CV
  • A short intro (1–2 paragraphs) about you and the types of ecommerce accounts you've worked on.
  • 2–3 specific cases you're proud of, with:
  • Niche / brand type
  • Ad spend
  • Starting point vs results (MER, CAC, ROAS, revenue, etc. )
  • Your role in that result
  • Links or screenshots for any portfolios/case studies (if you have them).

Nota em PT

- vindos, desde que haja disponibilidade para vir ocasionalmente ao escritório quando necessário.
