We're looking for a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team for Standvirtual and OLX Motors in Portugal. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive measurable results and achieve our business objectives. To excel as our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll need a blend of strategic thinking and analytical prowess backed by

Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop, implement, and manage
- performing paid digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Search and Display, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik
Tok, and other relevant platforms. - Budget Management: Effectively manage and optimize advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns, including bid management, audience targeting, A/B testing, keyword research, ad creative development, and tracking setup.
- Project & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage timelines and deliverables, serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external vendors, and communicate campaign progress and results.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data, identify trends, generate performance reports, and present insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: At least 3 years managing successful paid digital campaigns, with mandatory experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads. Experience with other platforms is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of ad platforms, bidding strategies, audience targeting, campaign structures, and A/B testing.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Excel (Google Sheets), with familiarity in Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager being advantageous.
- Budget Management: Experience managing significant budgets with a focus on ROAS and CAC.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, fluency in English, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
