Salary & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: 23, 000 EUR gross
• Premium Bonus (Monthly): 3, 240 EUR gross
• Meal Allowance: 7. 63 EUR per workday (paid in meal card, net amount)
• Transportation Bonus (Yearly): 720 EUR
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the gross annual base salary
• Total Monthly Compensation: 2, 356 EUR

Relocation Support

• Bureaucratic assistance for NIF and NISS registration
• Help finding housing based on individual needs
• Relocation Bonus: 1, 500 - 2, 500 EUR gross, paid with the first payroll cycle (if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area)

Key Responsibilities

• Optimization Strategy: Implement
  - edge optimization solutions for digital ad campaigns, focusing primarily on Google Ads, including the Search Network, Mobile, and You
  Tube.
• Ad Management: Create and refine keyword packs, set bids, and manage budgets to ensure the most efficient ad spend for clients.
• Data Analysis: Dive deep into data and trends to generate actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
• Reporting & KPI Management: Regularly report on campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvements.
• Cross-Platform Expertise: Develop your expertise across Google products, continuously staying ahead of industry trends and best practices to ensure
  - notch campaign performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 12 months of experience in optimizing digital ad campaigns (preferably on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tik
  Tok, or similar).
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify optimization opportunities.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Understanding KPIs: Solid understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and how they drive campaign success.
• Languages: Proficiency in German (C1 or higher) and English (C1).
