Responsibilities:

• Status Report;
• Senior management Communication;
• Main point of contact for service;
• Service delivery with competence center;
• Troubleshooting / Analysis skills towards solutions optimisation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar;
• 5 or more years of professional experience as an IT Operations Management and/or Technical Project Manager;
• Experience with Java and with Solution Architectures;
• Willing to dive into other technologies;
• Willingness to travel;
• Good level of English (minimum, B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience with database (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, Maria
  DB); Cloud Awareness (AWS or Azure).
• Living in Portugal.
