Responsibilities

• Status Report
• Senior management Communication
• Main point of contact for service
• Service delivery with competence center
• Troubleshooting / Analysis skills towards solutions optimisation

Requirements

• Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar
• 5 or more years of professional experience as an IT Operations Management and/or Technical Project Manager
• Experience with Java and with Solution Architectures
• Willing to dive into other technologies
• Willingness to travel
• Good level of English (minimum, B2 level)

Nice to have

• Experience with database (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgre
  SQL, My
  SQL, Maria
  DB); Cloud Awareness (AWS or Azure)
• Living in Portugal
