What is this challenge about:

- Conduct load, stress, capacity, and stability tests to evaluate application performance under various usage scenarios;

- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and other
- related problems;

- Create, automate, and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Load
Runner, or other relevant tools;

- Work closely with developers and infrastructure engineers to identify and resolve performance issues;

- Recommend and collaborate on continuous improvements to enhance system scalability and stability;

- Prepare detailed reports on test results, including findings and suggestions for performance improvements;

- Track application performance in production environments to ensure ongoing compliance with performance requirements.

What we are looking for:

- +4 years of experience as a Performance QA;

- Advanced level of English (B2/C1);

- Open toworking 1 to 2 times per month at the office in Lisbon;

- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Load
Runner, Blaze
Meter, or similar;

- Experience withscripting languages (e. G. , Java, Python, Groovy) for test automation;

- Strong understanding of performance concepts such as response time, throughput, latency, error rates, and bottleneck analysis;

- Experience withcloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed infrastructure;

- Ability to analyze and interpret logs to identify performance issues;

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly report findings to both technical and
- technical teams;

- Experience withreal-time performance monitoring using tools such as New Relic, Datadog, App
Dynamics, etc;

- Knowledge of databases and query optimization (My
SQL, Postgre
SQL, Mongo
DB, etc. ).
