Job Description

As a PERSO Architect, you will be a key member of our Test Cell team, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the PERSO system. You will serve as an expert in
- oriented software development, engaging in system analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation, and maintenance from the very beginning.

In your new role you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain
  - quality software solutions while adhering to industry best practices, ensuring high quality, performance, and reliability
• Collaborate within an agile team environment (SCRUM/SAFe), effectively organized and managed through Azure Dev
  Ops tools and methodologies
• Participate in daily
  - ups and team alignments across a global team setup, fostering seamless collaboration between locations such as Regensburg, Dresden, Munich, and Wuxi
• Enhance and optimize existing Dev
  Ops processes, driving continuous innovation, automation, and improvement within the PERSO suite to meet evolving project and organizational needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring scalable, secure, and
  - performance solutions that meet system requirements
  
  

Your Profile

You are a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate technical ideas and concepts to both technical and
- technical stakeholders. You are a creative
- solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a
- paced environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Advanced knowledge in SQL/PL-SQL and database management, with expertise in Oracle
• Leadership capabilities for leading a small team with global framework (Germany/China)
• Design/BA/Architect talent
• Experience with most of the following skills:
• Daemon (Linux): C++, IBM MQ and Bash
• GUI (Windows): C# (. NET Framework) and Workbench (desirable)
• Experience in Unit Testing is mandatory
• Experience in CI/CD with Azure Dev
  Ops is very desirable for Continuous Integration/Delivery
• Fluency in English is mandatory
