Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support & executive assistance.
- Organize and manage the agenda by scheduling meetings and appointments both internal and external
- Manage the business trips – plan travel, cooperation with the agencies, flights, accommodation and ground transportation, coordination with the local team
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
- Prepare the documents and presentations needed for meetings
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Anticipate problems and provide

- out solutions.
What you’ll need to succeed
- First experience in a similar role supporting leadership.
- Fluent in English, French is welcomed.
- Initiative and autonomy.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to deliver under pressure.
- Strong
- management. - High levels of computer literacy – Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Power
Point and Outlook. - Proactive approach to
- solving.
