About Modari Atelier

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the CEO to support both business and personal matters in a dynamic, hybrid role.

As a Personal Assistant, you will work directly with the CEO, providing administrative, organizational, and personal support. This is a unique opportunity to be closely involved in the

- day operations of a growing international brand, while also helping with private and
- related tasks.

Business Support

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Assist with emails, correspondence, and document preparation
• Support Modari Atelier projects, suppliers, and clients with coordination and
  - ups
• Handle confidential information with professionalism

Personal Support

• Assist with personal scheduling and household matters
• Oversee tasks such as school registrations, appointments, and payments (utilities, services, etc. )
• Coordinate with service providers for household and personal needs

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal) in English (additional languages a plus)
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Tech-savvy: comfortable with MS Office/Google Workspace and online platforms
• Flexible mindset, able to handle both business and personal matters seamlessly
• Driver’s license (preferred)
