About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting executive management, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in Portuguese, English and German.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating projects;
- Handling correspondence, phone calls, and appointments;
- Preparing reports and presentations as required;
- Facilitating communication between departments and external partners;
- Always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a secretary or Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
- German language proficiency preferred;
- Discreet, professional, and proactive attitude.
