About the Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting executive management, excellent organizational skills, and fluency in Portuguese, English and German.
Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating projects;
Handling correspondence, phone calls, and appointments;
Preparing reports and presentations as required;
Facilitating communication between departments and external partners;
Always maintainingconfidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a secretary or Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
Required Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German;
German language proficiency preferred;
Discreet, professional, and proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills
