I’m looking for a
- talented
- hand to support me in building and managing my personal brand and portfolio. This role is
- time (10-15 hours per week) with room to grow, ideal for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys combining structure and creativity.

This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll work closely with me on both the organisational and creative aspects of brand building, from social media and campaigns to managing opportunities and outreach.

Responsibilities

Business Support & Organisation

• Assist with scheduling,
  - ups, and light administration.
• Research opportunities such as events, podcasts, partnerships, and speaking engagements.
• Build and maintain contact lists for collaborations and media.

Brand Building & Social Media

• Help create and manage content for Instagram and Linked
  In.
• Repurpose my ideas and notes into posts, carousels, and
  - form content.
• Coordinate content shoots and support with creative direction.
• Monitor performance and track growth.

Growth & Visibility

• Support outreach for speaking engagements, collaborations, and panels.
• Help grow and manage a personal mailing list.
• Assist with the execution of campaigns and brand collaborations.

About You

• Fluent in English, with strong writing skills.
• Organised, proactive, and resourceful.
• Creative and social media savvy, with an eye for brand voice and aesthetics.
• Interested in business, personal growth, lifestyle, and branding.
• Based in Lisbon or nearby, with availability for occasional
  - person collaboration.
• Ambitious and motivated to grow with the role
  - term.

Offer

• Part-time, ~15–20 hours per week.
• Base compensation: €1, 000–€1, 800/month depending on experience and hours.
• Additional performance bonuses tied to brand growth (e. g. followers, collaborations, opportunities secured).
• Opportunity to grow into a more senior role over time.
