We’re looking for a Personal Brand Ambassador who can turn a 7-second clip into a viral wave, understands what makes content feel real and human, and can build an authentic personal brand that resonates with millions.

This role involves content creation, storytelling, and community engagement to elevate Paradox’s voice and impact through social media platforms like Instagram, Tik
Tok, Facebook, Linked
In, and You
Tube Shorts.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Create magnetic personal brand content: Build a content pipeline, develop formats, craft engaging posts, and develop your
   - camera presence.
2. Analyze and optimize content: Review performance data, iterate strategies, and track KPIs such as audience growth and engagement.
3. Build and nurture our community: Engage with followers, source testimonials, and collaborate with strategic voices.

Ideal candidate:

• Obsessed with social media, understands virality, and can create compelling content.
• Magnetic on camera, confident, and a storyteller.
• Fast worker, adaptable, and strategic in content creation.
• Fluent in French (native) and English.
