Key Responsibilities

1. Market Engagement & Sales Execution
   • Identify and engage prospective customers in the petfood industry.
   • Support converting leads into partnerships, from initial contact to deal closure.
   • Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations with technical support from internal teams.
2. Customer Success & Relationship Management
   • Build lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and advocating for them internally.
   • Ensure smooth onboarding and
     - sale satisfaction in coordination with operations and technical teams.
3. Market & Competitive Intelligence
   • Research trends, competitors, and customer feedback to shape Micro
     Harvest’s petfood positioning.
   • Provide insights to support pricing, product development, and marketing strategies.

What You Bring

1. 2–4 years of experience in petfood sales, preferably with an existing network.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or related fields.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a
   - first approach.
4. Comfortable with technical products and translating them into business value.
5. Proactive,
   - starting, and capable of thriving in a
   - paced, startup environment.
6. Fluent in English.
7. Willingness to travel (~20–30%), including outside Europe.
