We are looking for a Procurement Manager to optimize our supply chain, lead
- impact negotiations, and build strong supplier relationships. If you have a proven track record in procurement, thrive in pharmaceuticals environments, and excel in team leadership, this role is for you!

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business objectives

• Manage

- end procurement processes, contract negotiation and performance evaluation

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align purchasing with technical requirements

• Monitor market trends to identify
- saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks

• Analytical and planning capacity for budgeting and
- making purposes in the purchasing process

• Foster
- term partnerships with key suppliers

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably in pharmaceuticals industries

Proven experience in team leadership and
- functional collaboration (strong teamwork skills)

Background in sourcing
- value inputs, with exposure to
- driven industries.

Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work in a
- paced,
- functional environment.

Fluent in English (mandatory).

Willingness to travel (~30%).
