The Pharmaceutical Scientist will provide support in planning, developing, and executing tasks related to Pharmaceutical Research in the areas of characterization, formulation, technology transfer, and clinical trial supplies, with a significant focus on the research and development of innovative formulations using recent technologies.

The Impact You’ll Make

Run characterization studies of drug substance and drug product, making the best use of available technologies;
Design, implement, and execute laboratory development activities towards innovative formulations;
Interpret in silico/in vitro/in vivo data on drug performance and establish paths for its improvement;
Plan and execute
- up and technology transfer activities of developed formulations;
Manufacture clinical trial materials and oversee clinical trial supplies used in trials;
Analyze study results and prepare reports for corporate records and regulatory submissions;
Participate in brainstorming activities and contribute new proposals and ideas;
Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive innovation and promote scientific excellence;
Assist in planning and managing pharmaceutical research efforts;
Work
- functionally with other departments as required.

What You’ll Bring

Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Ph
D in Pharmaceutical Technology;
Experience in pharmaceutical development in industrial or academic settings;
Experience with characterization analytical techniques (HPLC, DSC, TG, XRPD) and data evaluation;
Fluency in English (spoken and written);
High level of intellectual autonomy with strong organizational skills;
Results-oriented and
- focused;
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a temporary position for a 12-month
- term contract.
