We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pharmaceutical Technology Leader to join our team, reporting directly to the Global Industrial Director.

About the Role

As Pharmaceutical Technology Leader, you'll be the crucial link between Industrial Operations and R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams. Your primary responsibility will be to lead technical industrial activities, focusing on :

• Technology Transfer and Change :

Ensuring the smooth transition of new products and processes between equipment and plants.

Optimizing and managing manufacturing processes throughout product lifecycles.

Investigating and implementing solutions for technical
- conformities and deviations.
