We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pharmaceutical Technology Leader to join our team, reporting directly to the Global Industrial Director.

About the Role

As Pharmaceutical Technology Leader, you'll be the crucial link between Industrial Operations and R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams. Your primary responsibility will be to lead technical industrial activities, focusing on:

• Technology Transfer and Change: Ensuring the smooth transition of new products and processes between equipment and plants.
• Continuous Improvement: Optimizing and managing manufacturing processes throughout product lifecycles.
• Problem Resolution: Investigating and implementing solutions for technical
  - conformities and deviations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Represent industrial operations in technology transfer projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Develop and approve relevant technical documents.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (R&D, Production, Quality, and Regulatory) to ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.
• Support the introduction of new technologies and equipment.
• Participate in audits as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Pharmaceutical Technology.
• Conduct technical training for industrial plant production teams.
