# **Pharmacovigilance Trainee (PV Trainee)*** Location: Porto Salvo, Portugal* Start date: December 2025/January 2026* Duration: 12 months# **About the job**As a Pharmacovigilance Trainee, you will report directly to the Country Safety Head (CSH) for Portugal and support the local safety team in a variety of activities, including case management, implementation of Risk Management Plans at the local level, safety signal detection, and website monitoring. You will be accountable for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards related to the safety management of products registered in Portugal. In addition, you will assist the CSH with
- related tasks across the Sanofi portfolio, gaining valuable experience in a regulated and impactful environment. ## **Key responsibilities:*** Adverse Drug Reactions/Adverse Drug Events;* Periodic Reports;* Risk Management Plans;* Product Safety Alerts;* Safety questions raised by local Health Authorities and Health Care Professionals;* PV requirements in Digital Marketing Projects/Market Research Projects;* Local Health Authorities’ website monitoring;* Local labeling review (safety sections);* Reconciliation of local SDEA and local product lines;* Inspection readiness;* Completing all assigned training within the required timelines. **About Sanofi** We’re an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people’s lives and delivering compelling growth.
