Responsibilities
- Map and analyze the consumer journey in pharmacies, identifying critical moments and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and integrate market insights, consumer behavior, and pharmacy needs to support
- oriented decisions. - Develop value propositions addressing main pain points to impact the purchase experience.
- Adapt the physical pharmacy space through strategic organization, layout, signage, and flow to maximize profitability.
- Assist in managing and optimizing categories to ensure relevant, segmented offerings aligned with consumer expectations and profitability goals.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of proposed solutions, promoting continuous improvements based on feedback.
Candidate Profile
- Academic background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Management, Economics, or similar.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably in Trade Marketing or pharmacy settings.
- Valued experience in community pharmacy and sector knowledge.
- Knowledge of marketing, trade marketing, and category management.
- Project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Analytical skills,

- Good command of English (spoken and written).
