Mission

The Designer-Developer, integrated into the TMA team and reporting directly to the Application Manager, is involved in all maintenance activities. This role may require processing SN2 requests and replacing the Technical Advisor for applications within their scope during vacations, hence the need for French-speaking staff.

Profile

• Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance (MCO).
• Knowledge of evolutionary maintenance.
• Support at Level 2 (functional assistance) and Level 3 (technical expertise).
• Ability to develop specifications and estimates for maintenance requests.
• Perform integration and functional validation tests.
• Assist the Client's MCO team and its business unit during acceptance testing.
• Ensure component development for various maintenance tasks.
• Communicate any discrepancies between needs analysis and technical implementation to the Application Manager.
• Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
