Position

PHP Backend Developer

Seniority: Senior (5+ years).

Type of position: Hybrid model in Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal!

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Strong knowledge of PHP 7. 4+ or 8. x.
• Experience with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
• Familiarity with relational databases (My
  SQL, Postgre
  SQL) and
  - relational databases (Mongo
  DB, Redis).
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend development best practices.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git).
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – used daily in the work environment.
• Experience with automated testing (PHPUnit, Pest, etc. ) or manual testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git
  Lab CI, Jenkins, etc. ).
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of web security best practices.
