Php Technical Lead (Hybrid, Lisbon) - Lisboa

We are looking for a PHP Tech Lead to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model from Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Tech Lead for a PHP Backend Development Team on product development and maintenance activities.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and web applications using PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, Graph
QL, and MSSQL DB design and modeling.
Implement Graph
QL for efficient data querying and manipulation.
Create
- structured, testable, and efficient code with good automated code coverage using PHPUnit.
Work closely with Product Owners, QA, SMEs, and other Developers.
Collaborate with
- functional teams to embed Dev
Ops practices within the development lifecycle.
Utilize Jira and Git
Lab for project tracking, version control, and collaboration.
Apply Agile development methodology to deliver iterative,
- quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of
- on experience with PHP, Laravel, Eloquent, Graph
QL, and SQL.
Proficient in database modeling and design (Microsoft SQL Server).
Experience with automated unit testing using PHPUnit.
Familiarity with Dev
Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Skilled in using Jira and Git
Lab;

familiarity with Sonar
Qube is a plus.
Proficient in Agile environments with a collaborative mindset.
Passionate about optimizing development workflows with the latest AI technologies.
Strong
- solving skills and clear, fluent communication in English (spoken and written).
