Mission

As a Physician Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Medical Calls

• Plan medical visits according to company priorities, ensuring efficiency and efficacy
• Ensure coverage and frequency according to physicians’ segmentation and potential
• Present scientific argumentation to ensure product’s prescription
• Develop successful business relationships with healthcare professionals
• Act as the company’s ambassador during external stakeholder contacts

Territory Business Management

• Analyze and understand the market, competitors, and key stakeholders
• Provide market insights to align strategy with field execution
• Manage the territory budget efficiently, monitor return on investment, and identify new opportunities
• Prepare daily activity reports aligned with business needs

Internal Collaboration

• Work closely with the Pharmacy Sales team
• Collaborate positively with all internal stakeholders
