Mission

As a Physician Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

Medical Calls

• Plan medical visits according to company priorities, ensuring efficiency and efficacy.
• Ensure coverage and frequency based on physicians’ segmentation and potential.
• Present scientific arguments to promote product prescriptions.
• Develop successful business relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Act as the company’s ambassador during external stakeholder interactions.

Territory Business Management

• Analyze and understand the market, competitors, and key stakeholders.
• Provide market insights to align strategy with field activities.
• Manage the territory budget efficiently, monitor ROI, and identify new opportunities.
• Prepare daily activity reports aligned with business needs.

Internal Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with the Pharmacy Sales team.
• Collaborate positively with all internal stakeholders.
