Were opening a new position for a Machine Learning Tech Lead to join our team and drive new initiatives in AI and data systems. This is a strategic role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with leadership and architectural vision.

Role

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications focused on data systems, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and ML integration in backend environments.
• Use Python as the primary language for developing
  - driven and AI solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and code quality.
• Define and implement efficient and scalable technical architectures, aligned with business objectives and software engineering best practices.
• Lead technical teams, promoting best development practices, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring project quality.
• Communicate effectively in English with technical and
  - technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technological solutions.

We are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in software development, ideally with a focus on data systems, AI/ML, or backend development with ML integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data and AI applications.
• Proven experience in software architecture design and implementation.
• Leadership skills to manage teams and technical delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must be living in Portugal.
